We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our Housing Management team, supporting the delivery of safe and thriving communities. This role is ideal for an experienced Estates/Environmental Services professional passionate about providing safe, well-maintained homes.
You will lead on procurement, management, and monitoring of service contracts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and performance reviews. You will also manage and develop a team of Contract Officers and Administrators.
Tenant involvement is central to this role; you'll ensure tenants are informed about contract performance and variations, and liaise with them to resolve issues. You will also provide performance data for reports.
Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, skilled in stakeholder engagement, and experienced in managing environmental and estates management services, such as grounds maintenance, cleaning, and waste management. Proven contract management experience, team leadership skills, and organizational ability to handle multiple contracts are essential.
This role involves working 3 days per week on-site at various locations including Midland Heart sites and community locations.
