We’re looking for an experienced and driven Contract Manager to take the lead at a high-profile data centre site in NW London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in facilities management and be at the heart of delivering exceptional service within a critical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading, managing, and developing a skilled engineering team within a critical data centre environment.
Acting as the main point of contact for the client — building trust and delivering solutions that keep their operations running 24/7.
Driving high standards of safety, compliance, and performance across all aspects of the site.
Managing the delivery of all maintenance, operations, and small project works.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational innovation.
Owning the financial performance of the contract — driving profitability while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Supporting the training, development, and growth of your team, ensuring they have the skills to succeed in a critical environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing facilities or engineering operations within Data Centres or critical environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide technical teams.
HV Authorised Person (or willingness to obtain).
Recognised electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, ONC/HNC or higher preferred).
A passion for operational excellence, health & safety, and first-class client service.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and commercial contracts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
