We are seeking an experiencedContract Managerto lead a global contingent workforce contracting initiative. This role will support our Talent Acquisition project to expand ourContingent Workforce (CW) Program, currently active in the US & Canada, intoIndia, Poland, UK, and Ireland.

The successful candidate will partner with multiple suppliers, migrating them from locally managed agreements into our global CW Program managed by our MSP, Pinnacle (launching Spring 2026).

This is a pivotal role in centralising CW management and ensuring a compliant, consistent, and globally appropriate program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the contracting process with existing suppliers across India, Poland, UK & Ireland.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts aligned to our staff augmentation terms & conditions.
  • Drive the transition of suppliers into the global CW Program managed by Pinnacle.
  • Ensure policies and contracts are compliant, consistent, and scalable across regions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR (Talent Acquisition), Legal, Technology, and Procurement.
  • Support delivery of project objectives, including:
    • Centralised CW management
    • Compliant and globally relevant policy documentation
    • Cost savings and reporting improvements
    • Robust worker classification
    • Streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Contract Management, or Supply Chain, with a strong background in human capital / contingent workforce management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute contracts across multiple regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Legal, Technology, and external suppliers.
  • Global project experience, ideally covering Europe and Asia (India).
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Global scope: Projects span India, Poland, UK & Ireland.
  • Remote role: Candidates must be based in the US or UK.
  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Reports into Procurement, supporting the global CW program expansion.
