Contract Manager - Access/CCTV

Job Summary

Managing a team for reactive repairs, PPM programmes, installations and special projects for contracts also liaise with clients, preparing estimates/quotes.

Responsibilities

• PPM compliance programme
• Management and monitoring
• Planning and co-ordination
• Performance and current status reports
• High level of health and safety and legal compliance
• Financial budgets

Experience and qualifications

• Have Asbestos Awareness training
• Manage Health & Safety risks
• Have experience within the Access Control / CCTV sector
• Be experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Have HNC/BSC in Construction Management qualification
• Be able to produce estimates for schedule of rates contracts
• Have quantity surveying experience
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
