Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Contract Manager on a permanent basis. This role focuses on owning a portfolio of key supplier contracts, realising contractual value and managing relationships across the business.

You will drive supplier performance, oversee commercial obligations and ensure robust contract governance throughout the lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders and negotiating favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Contract Management, Supplier Management, Vendor Management or Commercial Management.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships across a portfolio of strategic contracts.
• Ensure contractual obligations, rebates, discounts and commercial commitments are realised.
• Lead contract reviews, renewals, extensions and variation management.
• Act as an escalation point for contractual and supplier issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance against contractual requirements.
• Support commercial risk management and business continuity initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of a portfolio of key supplier contracts, ensuring contractual value is realised, risks are effectively managed, and supplier relationships are continually developed.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll play a pivotal role in driving supplier performance, managing commercial obligations, and ensuring robust contract governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
