Duties/Responsibilities- Oversee and manage geotechnical projects across the South East region
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Foster strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
About you- Proven experience in a geotechnical or related engineering role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant degree in geotechnical engineering or a related field
