Duties/Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage geotechnical projects across the South East region
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Foster strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
About you
  • Proven experience in a geotechnical or related engineering role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant degree in geotechnical engineering or a related field
