What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, and execute key agreements
  • Spot and mitigate commercial and legal risk before it becomes an issue
  • Handle contract changes, variations, and claims with precision
  • Lead subcontractor negotiations, performance tracking, and dispute resolution
  • Keep meticulous records and ensure contract performance stays on track
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Law, Business, or Supply Chain
  • Solid experience in contract management within manufacturing or an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK contract law and commercial principles
  • Confident negotiator with top-tier communication and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to influence at senior level and navigate complex contracts
  • ERP familiarity, procurement experience, or IACCM membership will be an advantage

You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Exec teams, shaping commercial outcomes and safeguarding strategic interests.
