Contracts and Procurement Manager
(2 year fixed term contract)

We are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a world leading provider of water-treatment solutions. This position will play a key role in various aspects of this infrastructure project. Therefore, we are seeking someone with strong organizational skills and excellent business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all UK related procurement/contracts for this project.
2. Setting up contracts to suppliers and local vendor purchasing orders.
3. Following up with order progress and agreements to ensure compliance with the project.
4. Support in issuing proposals and receiving proposals.
5. Prepare commercial evaluation including recommendations of subcontractors and vendors.
6. Identify any contractual issues and risks and flag them as necessary.

Essential Experience

1. 5+ years experience administrating projects.
2. 5+ years experience procurement experience on infrastructure projects.
3. Strong understanding of NEC Contracts and UK contractual law.
4. Engineering acumen.
5. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
