Salary: £50,100 - £75,100 (ROI - €65,300 - €97,900) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

Our Procurement and Commercial team are responsible for helping the business to procure services and materials in a timely and cost-effective way. We work right across the SSE Group, ensuring our businesses gets the best possible service and value from our supplier network, as well as ensuring all service providers are compliant and continue to meet contractual obligations and business need.

SSE Airtricity are embarking on an exciting transformation programme (Keystone), and this role is full-time in support of Keystone, reporting to the IT Senior Category Manager.

You will

- Be the 'go to' from a Procurement & Commercial perspective, responsible for the commercial management and administration of contracts within the Keystone programme to ensure successful delivery in accordance with all internal policies and procedures.

- Act as a Commercial advisory to leaders of the Keystone Programme, IT Programmes & projects, facilitate relationships with supporting Suppliers and manage their contractual delivery to ensure the successful outcome across the Keystone programme.

- Interpret contract requirements to a high level of detail and ensure all parties are fully briefed and understand their obligations to both suppliers and internal stakeholders and any potential risks to delivery.

- Understand and be able to articulate the specific requirements of each C-Suite area to ensure they understand the impacts of the contract delivery for their operational areas.

- Support the Director of Procurement Operations, Head of Procurement and Commercial for IT & Telco and the IT Category Manager(s) in providing a world class procurement and commercial service to the Keystone Programme and IT as required.

You have

- Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills, ability to work to deadlines, deal with changing priorities and manage own time effectively.

- Enthusiasm and drive with a flexible approach to work and an ability to adapt to changing business and project priorities

- Knowledge of relevant statutory and legal provisions and detailed knowledge of Company IT procurement and commercial policies and procedures.

- Negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution expertise.

- IT skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle Purchasing Systems.
