Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company, suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design/sales/manufacturing) to align construction efforts with broader business goals.

The Successful Applicant
