Bedford, Milton Keynes, or Northampton (covering projects from London to Leicestershire)

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

What you’ll do:

Join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division as a Contract Manager, based in or around Bedford. You will help drive the division's performance and growth, ensuring we exceed client expectations on safety, quality, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Site Supervisors and sites to meet or exceed KPIs
• Assist with planning, safety, and quality assurance of works
• Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing

This role is field-based, covering sites between London and Leicestershire, with work on-site or from home.

Who are we looking for?

This is a great opportunity for those looking to transition into or within the rail or arboriculture sectors, with relevant managerial or operational experience, strong commercial acumen, and leadership skills. Experience with NEC contracts and the rail industry is desirable.
