What will you be doing?


  • Manage and optimise the contract budget, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Oversee safety and compliance across all contract sites, maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of site supervisors, drivers, and operatives, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and company commitments.
  • Implement and monitor operational efficiencies, including waste cost reductions and recycling improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on operational performance, safety requirements, and customer-specific data.
  • Manage all aspects of waste handling, including evaluation of new waste streams, COSHH assessments, and ensuring proper documentation (Duty of Care, Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes).
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and maintain the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Attend and contribute to various internal and external meetings, including customer reviews and contractor safety sessions.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of financial queries to maintain healthy cash flow for the contract.
  • Working with our customers to develop and implement sustainability initiatives across customer sites
