Qualifications

  • Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maximize additional revenue opportunities for the contract.
  • Oversee management of staff and operations for all relevant site services.
  • Conduct annual reviews of contracts and assess margins.

Contracts Manager - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to 60,000

Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge?

Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work across a commercial static site in the City of London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial/residential maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team across a commercial portfolio. In return the company are offering a salary up to 65,000 with a Bonus and training & development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract with a P&L & Extra works value of up to 2million.
  • Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
  • Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin
  • Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
  • To identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risk associated with works.
  • Responsible for accurately reviewing the WIP, providing accurate MI analysis/commentary and sales forecasts
  • Review contracts annually and update with any service amendments and analyse margin to decide whether to uplift

Required Skills:

  • Experience with looking after a 1.5million - 2 million P&L
  • 5 Years previous experience within a similar position
  • Experience with looking after Commercial & Critical sites
  • Technical Background
  • Previous experience with maintaining client relationships and bringing on new business
