Salary/rate:
Salary is paying up to £65,000 + Package

Requirements:

  1. Membership of relevant professional technical body with chartership (Desirable or willingness to work towards)
  2. The Ideal candidate will have a technical background but not essential come from a technical background

About the company:
A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager working on a commercial contract based in Central London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Contract Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will manage a team of 10 including a Technical Supervisor and M&E Engineers
  2. P&L accountability of up to £950k
  3. Manage all technical issues.
  4. Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
  5. Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
  6. Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
  7. Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
  8. Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
  9. Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
  10. Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
  11. Management of all reports.
  12. Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
  13. Responsible for the permit system.

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. Strong technical engineering understanding.

Candidate requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
  2. Experienced Manager within FM - Technical Services
  3. Experienced in managing P&L
  4. People Management, Good Leader
  5. Technical Background M&E
