You're a commercially aware Contracts professional with experience managing contracts, suppliers, and procurement activity in a fast‑paced environment. You're confident handling multiple priorities at once and understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships. You've likely spent a few years working across contract management or procurement and are now looking to take the next step, building on your experience and broadening your impact. You're organised, detail‑focused, and proactive, with a mindset geared towards improving processes and supporting teams to deliver effectively.
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Contracts & Commercial team, supporting the day‑to‑day management of contracts and procurement activity across the business. This is a varied role covering the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, quotations, and supplier management, alongside supporting tender and framework activity. You'll work closely with Account Managers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure contracts are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with compliance requirements. This role is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop further within a busy, growing environment.
You’ll be joining a small but high‑demand Contracts team within a wider Shared Services function. The team plays a key role in supporting critical services delivered to law enforcement and government organisations, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. You’ll report to the Head of Contracts, work alongside another Contracts Manager, and support the development of a Contracts Assistant.
