Contracts Manager – Liverpool

Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:

Our client, a leading commercial fit-out contractor, is looking to bring on board a Contracts Manager to oversee projects across Liverpool. With a focus on office, retail, and leisure sectors, they offer long-term opportunity and exciting high-end projects. This role can be freelance or permanent with a negotiable package.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver multiple fit-out projects at once with responsibility for performance, budget, and compliance.
2. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams.
3. Oversee supply chain and subcontractor performance.
4. Conduct site visits and ensure project progress aligns with expectations.
5. Report directly to senior leadership on project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial interiors or fit-out.
2. Strong project oversight and stakeholder management skills.
3. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.
4. Resides in Liverpool or nearby.
