Job summary

Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for permanence and progression.

The role requires travel between sites, a full UK driving licence, and a salary of 30,000–32,000 per annum with a company car or car allowance and a bonus scheme. If you lead teams and deliver high service standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Contract Manager (Cleaning Services)

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous cleaning management experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum

Location: Covering

Due to the nature of the position, a full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel between sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing multiple cleaning contracts across various locations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Carrying out site audits and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Handling client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring sites have appropriate staffing levels, equipment and supplies.
• Managing performance, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company procedures.
• Providing ongoing coaching, guidance and support to teams.
