The Role
As a Contract Manager responsible for delivering a water mains renewal programme to South West Water, you'll find that no two days will be the same, as your areas of accountability include safety performance, profitability, growth, service delivery, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You are an innovative, inspiring and commercially minded leader, with extensive knowledge and experience of developing high performing teams.
You have a broad understanding of the regulatory and operating environment in the water industry and in particular water mains renewal programmes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the charisma to deliver key messages to a variety of stakeholders.
