Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in Passive Fire Protection or Fire Doors? Looking to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing fire safety specialists?

Our client is a leading name in the Passive Fire Protection sector, providing essential services across hospitals, universities, and construction sites nationwide. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to expand their leadership team with two new Contract Managers — one focusing on Fire Doors and the other on Passive Fire Protection.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage contracts from order to client handover

• Lead operatives and subcontractors on-site

• Handle installation compliance and health & safety (RAMS, CH&SPPs)

• Conduct pricing for Fire Door projects

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers

• Perform site audits and quality control inspections

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous Contract Management experience in Construction

• Specific experience in Fire Doors or Passive Fire Protection

• Ability to lead projects and teams from pre-start to completion

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
