BMC Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for Contract Managers to join one of the UK's largest independent ground investigation contractor.

Your Role:

  • A Blend of Co-ordination, Expertise, and Leadership
  • Work in tandem with estimators, operations managers, engineers, and site staff.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including proactive planning, constructing health and safety documentation, and procurement from commencement to final commercial close-out.
  • Engage with operational sites daily to meet client expectations, solving problems where necessary.
  • Oversee financial management, including monitoring, budgeting, projecting, and resolving commercial accounts.
  • Attend and contribute to critical internal and external meetings.

They Need:

  • A degree in an Earth Science-related discipline such as Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • At least two years of post-graduate experience in a site-based, project management, or site agent role is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team player mindset, and a hardworking nature.
  • Strong numerical and written capabilities, with the ability to meet tight deadlines independently.
