looking for a skilled and proactive Contracts Manager to join in Exeter, Devon. In this role, you will be crucial in managing and delivering our projects and helping us grow into the new-build sector.

As a Contracts Manager, you'll work with a stable and supportive company. we pride ourselves on our quality of work and commitment to our clients. You'll be part of a team that successfully delivers for major clients across the south of England.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from receiving job requests and conducting detailed site surveys to coordinating material orders and ensuring timely completion.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Sub-Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and other trades as needed to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to benchmark quality and produce sign-off sheets, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to and enforce all company and HSE guidelines on-site, including welfare arrangements and securing all tools and materials.
  • Reporting: Assist with raising monthly valuations and reporting on project status to the Branch Manager.
