Location: Broughton, Chester – Hybrid (minimum 60% onsite)

Our client is looking for a dedicated Contract Manager to take ownership of critical Hard and Soft Services contracts across the UK, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and commercial value throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end contract management, including coordination, performance tracking, and governance compliance.
• Liaise with site leads and commodity stakeholders to deliver KPIs and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Oversee contract management processes such as change control, novation, and CAFM support.
• Lead supplier reviews (monthly, quarterly, annually) and ensure continuous improvement across services.
• Act as the UK focal point for central facilities and supply chain governance activities.
• Support the development of new and revised contracts with a focus on performance and value.
• Collaborate with finance and site teams for effective risk, opportunity, and budget management.
• Manage tenders and support the integration of new sites or service models in line with strategic goals.
