We’re working with a leading FM provider seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a key hard services contract in Cardiff.

Role Overview:

• Day-to-day management of a multi-site FM contract
• Lead, develop and support engineering teams
• Full responsibility for P&L and contract performance
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Drive compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance contract management
• Strong financial and commercial understanding
• Background in mechanical/electrical services preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Package:

• £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
