Contract Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in groundworks and residential construction?

KC Group are partnered with a leading engineering firm seeking a confident leader to take ownership of multiple projects across the Cambridgeshire area, ensuring safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.

Contracts Manager - What you'll do:

• Oversee and manage site operations from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead teams effectively, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients.
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver excellence.

Contracts Manager - What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements and construction site protocols.
• HNC or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field (desirable).
