About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our client’s team. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery while keeping contracts on track and aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse contract terms, conditions, scheduling plans, and contract durations.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and draft Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and set up yearly schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service dates align with client agreements and British Standards.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation, including engineer service reports and remedial repairs.
  • Issue renewal quotations to clients and provide costings for new sites.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices (in-house training will be provided where required).

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with contract management software or tools is preferred.
  • Experience in FM environments is highly desirable.

Work Environment & Travel: The successful candidate will be expected to travel to client sites, primarily in London, an average of 1-2 times per week, with the remainder of the workweek being based at the office in Bagshot. Travel expenses will be covered for site visits.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
