We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual to support East Renfrewshire's Health & Social Care Partnership with the day-to-day management of social care contracts, ensuring the delivery of financial and non-financial benefits, value for money, and timely and accurate performance and management information.

Working as part of a small Brokerage team, you will collaborate closely with other Commissioning, Finance colleagues, and Care Commissioners to ensure the smooth operation of social care contracts. You will develop relationships with external care providers to become an important point of contact for the HSCP.

You should be highly motivated and organized, with a proven track record in contract management, capable of analysing data and reporting at all levels of the organisation.
