Job Description
The Contracts Management Excellence Manager - Services delivers projects to develop our contract management function. They create tools, processes and reporting methodologies, design and simplify service contract offerings whilst developing new solutions, enable new service contracts to be won whilst meeting company objectives, track and drive achievement of contract business cases over lifecycle, optimise pricing and contract renewals, capture opportunities to grow margin and revenue whilst ensuring risk is managed. They will develop, communicate and drive requirements, training, business planning and contract performance reporting.
