About the Project
We are seeking a Spanish speakingLicensing Specialist to work with a global software vendor client and support the client’s Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers. This role is suitable for someone open to relocating to London or Reading as the client has offices in both locations. We require a proactive individual with excellent communication and analytical skills to manage a high volume of self-declaration style licensing reviews and cyber services across a broad SMB customer base. These reviews are designed to support compliance assurance and generate tailored insights based on industry benchmarks and customer segmentation. Using a technology-enabled model, you will engage a large volume of customers efficiently, whilst contributing to revenue generation through insights that support the client’s licensing model. While support and training will be provided, a proactive and self-sufficient work ethic are vital.
Experience in software asset management (SAM), IT compliance, cybersecurity, or customer success management.
