Location: Exeter
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Rate: Competitive

An organisation is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will provide first-line support to colleagues and partners, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and categorise incidents using ITIL-aligned processes.
  2. Independently resolve 70-80% of calls and tickets using technical expertise.
  3. Ensure all service requests meet designated SLAs.
  4. Provide thorough Identity Management support.
  5. Escalate complex issues to other IT teams as necessary.
  6. Develop self-help resources to enhance user independence.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Minimum of 2 years in an IT Service Desk role.
  2. IT or related degree preferred.
  3. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and ITIL are a plus.
  4. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
