Role: HR Project Manager

Domain: Financial Services

Day rate: £450/d (outside IR35)

Location: Bristol (1-2 days per week)

Contract: 12 months initial

A leading organisation in Bristol is offering the opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. You'll deliver key HR initiatives as part of a complex organisational change programme, including a TUPE project. In the role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth transitions, alignment of HR processes, effective change management, strong stakeholder engagement and effective provision of guidance and support to HR teams through the transitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HR projects within complex change programmes
• Strong knowledge of TUPE regulations, employment law and HR best practice
• Demonstrable experience leading benefit alignment and change management programmes
• Experience within financial services is desirable
