Position Summary

We seek a hands-on, adaptable HR Generalist Contractor to support our International People Team. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll support ongoing initiatives, manage employee queries, and assist with operational and strategic tasks. The role requires strong HR generalist capabilities, flexibility, and collaboration across EMEA and APAC regions. This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees in EMEA and APAC and managers on HR queries.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with performance issues and employee relations, escalating complex cases.
  • Support HR projects and priorities.
  • Coordinate contract changes, probation reviews, and internal mobility.
  • Contribute to engagement, communication, and documentation initiatives.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and assist with reports.
What You'll Need
  • 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced HR generalist or junior HRBP role, ideally in a global or high-growth environment, with international HR exposure, especially EMEA and/or APAC. Knowledge of UK employment law is a plus.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to operate independently.
  • Collaborative and confident in cross-cultural communication.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is advantageous.
