Job summary

Copello Global is seeking an HR Advisor on a contract basis near Southampton to support a busy people team. The role covers advisory and administrative HR activities, including data accuracy, reporting, and first-line guidance to managers and staff.

You will use strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) to support people systems, processes and project work. The position requires on-site presence for at least two days per week and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advisory and administrative support.
• Strong IT skills with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and generate clear reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR information/pay systems and produce reports.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Support absence management, exit interviews, and HR processes.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, track actions on projects.
• Monitor team email boxes and escalate queries as needed.
• Raise purchase orders and prepare documentation for employee relations cases.
