Liverpool Experience Campus is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead end-to-end events at a premier waterfront venue. You will drive delivery with energy, precision, and creativity, coordinating with clients and service partners to ensure flawless execution.

The role involves budget control, safety compliance, and shaping memorable guest experiences across conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and corporate events.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

• Delivering high-profile or large-scale events in a dynamic venue or events environment.
• Managing multiple events simultaneously while keeping exceptional attention to detail.
• Working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to create memorable experiences.
• Managing budgets and identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue.
• Navigating health, safety, and compliance requirements with confidence.
• Staying calm under pressure and solving problems quickly in live event scenarios.
• Building strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Main duties of this role include

• Leading the planning and delivery of events end-to-end, ensuring every detail is covered and executed brilliantly.
• Acting as the central hub between clients and all service partners, keeping communication clear and consistent.
• Creating detailed event plans, schedules, and safety documentation to support flawless delivery.
• Taking charge on event days, overseeing operations, teams, and safety to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
• Working closely with catering, production, sales, and marketing teams to bring events to life.
• Hosting site visits, client meetings, and tastings to fully understand and exceed expectations.
• Monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement after every event.
• Ensuring all events meet strict safety, legal, and operational standards at all times.
• Handling challenges and customer queries with professionalism, speed, and confidence.
• Spotting opportunities to enhance events and maximise revenue through upselling and added value services.
