Responsibilities

Job description

As the Contract Facilities Manager, you will serve as the contract representative to the customer and oversee the ISS service team regarding contract delivery. The role reports to the Key Account Portfolio Director and involves line managing the integrated facility service team (hard and soft FM). You will lead client relationships, manage key lifecycle projects, and prepare the contract for handback at the end of its term.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare the project for handback to the MoJ, working with the SPV to ensure all contractual handback requirements are met.
  2. Manage the integrated facility operations efficiently, including planned and reactive maintenance of building, engineering systems, assets, cleaning, and other soft facility services to meet standards and SLAs.
  3. Collaborate closely with the SPV and build strong working relationships.
  4. Lead the contract management team in delivering and developing service solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and foster a safety culture within the team.
  6. Maintain up-to-date data and reports, including maintenance schedules, H&S documentation, and safety systems.
  7. Deliver key lifecycle projects within budget and timeframes.
  8. Manage the contract financially, including budgets, targets, and SLAs.
  9. Respond to customer queries and complaints following the customer complaints procedure.
  10. Complete all required reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks punctually.
