A leading professional services firm in Cardiff is seeking a proactive QRM Admin Assistant to join the Quality and Risk Management Team. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to senior stakeholders. Candidates should have a background in administration, familiarity with data systems, and experience in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on quality and risk management.
Location:Cardiff Hybrid -2 days a week in the Cardiff office and travel to London 2 days a month
Duration: 7months

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident QRM Admin Assistant to join our Quality and Risk Management Team. You will have Executive Assistant or Personal assistant expertise with experience of coordinating meetings, minute taking, documentation and liaising with senior stakeholders (C-suite/partner level) . Experience in a fast paced, matrix style organisation or in a Financial Services/Professional Services is essential.
