At Honda, we embrace inclusion in our policies. While our contracts specify a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility regarding working hours. Regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half-hour lunch, and 08:00 – 13:00 on Friday. We also offer daily flex-time between 07:00 and 11:00, subject to business needs. Although working from home isn't contractual, you may request to work from home 2 days per week, depending on business requirements.
The HME Finance Operations team manages transactional finance across Europe. Working closely with FP&A, Group Finance, and the Shared Service Centre, this role is integral to the Finance operations team.
