Job Description:

SoCode Engineer has partnered with the largest water company in England, supplying water and water recycling to seven million people in the East of England. They are preparing for AMP 8, a significant program of work, requiring high standards of safety and technical expertise.

We are looking for several Senior Electrical Engineers to support this growth and deliver innovative solutions.

Role Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer within a diverse and inclusive engineering team, you will provide electrical technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems, including specifications, schedules, data sheets, and drawings.
• Design and specify LV assemblies such as MCCs, LV Switchboards, and Control Panels.
• Review LV electrical designs produced by contractors, including schematics, cable calculations, and termination diagrams.
• Liaise with technical teams, construction, operations, suppliers, and utility companies.
• Specify and select instrumentation based on process design.

Skills, Experience, and Behaviours:

Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Design Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
