My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is looking for a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8, including 2 managers, with a focus on team development and growth. You will be responsible for developing all team levels and have a budget to add 2 more members.

The role requires being hands-on and leading from the front.
