Your role is to manage the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contract, ensuring high-quality Foodservice and Support Services. You will lead, develop, and train a large team, ensuring compliance and driving commercial success aligned with growth and retention targets.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the contract effectively and efficiently
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Plan resources to deliver first-class service, including implementing promotions, pricing products correctly, and acting on consumer feedback
• Manage labour within budget, minimizing agency and overtime costs
• Adjust staffing in line with sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Achieve financial targets and operate commercially
• Bring innovative ideas to the client and company
• Monitor health and safety, food hygiene, environmental, and HR procedures

Who you are:

You will have a successful background in Contract Catering, Hospitality, or Retail, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills to foster a thriving environment. You possess excellent management and communication skills, understand report writing and financial management, and approach problems analytically. A passion for food and customer service, along with commercial acumen, are essential.
