Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and performance of soft FM services, with a spotlight on catering, ensuring services meet and exceed contract expectations.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and PFI partners, acting as the key point of contact for all soft service operations.
• Inspire your team to innovate, improve, and deliver a best:in:class experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
