A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and reputable Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, who have been operating across the South West for over 30 years and are now looking to expand their operations further.
Delivering M & E works across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and industrial, they offer their clients a wealth of technical knowledge, range of services and collaborative approach. Enjoying high volumes of repeat business, this opportunity will build on an already successful business.
The Role
Due to their strategic growth and succession plan, this is a new opportunity to appoint a Contracts Director.
As part of the senior management team, you will oversee contracts managers, site staff, the commercial team, and admin resources.
You will lead on business development, representing the company at network events, spearheading growth, acquiring new business, and raising the company profile.
You will have responsibility for projects from the tendering process to successful delivery, including client liaison, programming, and contract execution.
An experienced manager, you will be tasked with growing and developing your team.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical contracting, proven management experience, and be looking to advance into a Director role.
