Contract DevOps Engineer – AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform

• INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT £450 - £650 per day
• Full-time On-Site – Secure Location (UK-Based)
• UK*C or Enhanced DV Clearance Required – Sole British Nationals Only

ABOUT THE CLIENT:

We’re partnered with a market-leading secure technology business delivering enterprise-grade, cloud-native platforms to high-security government and defence clients. With several new projects ramping up, they’re now looking to bring in Contract DevOps Engineers (Mid-Senior Level) who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, secure, agile delivery environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• 6–12 month contract with potential for extension
• Opportunity to work on secure, high-assurance national security projects
• Full-time on-site – working alongside top engineers in a high-impact setting
• Inside IR35 engagement with day rate up to £650/day

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll support the build, configuration and deployment of secure infrastructure across public cloud (AWS) using modern tooling and DevSecOps practices. You’ll be contributing to containerised workloads, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and working within secure Kubernetes environments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services
• Proven knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised application delivery
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Drone
• Monitoring and logging – Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch
• Experience in secure environments – knowledge of IAM, Vault, networking
• Active UK*C or Enhanced DV Clearance is a must (sole British nationals only)
