Responsibilities

• Liaise with IT Delivery Managers and participate in sprint planning to identify DevOps support needs.
• Agree and prioritise tasks with IT Delivery Manager and DevOps Manager; provide progress updates in Scrum or written reports.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures for deployments and troubleshooting.
• Create knowledge articles and other artefacts for the wider DevOps team.
• Manage configuration, release and environment for multi-tier estates and support deployments on Windows and RedHat.
• Champion agentic automation and build reusable, auditable automation components for end-to-end workflows.
• Expand Automation-as-a-Service with self-service capabilities using low-code platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Modernise CI/CD with automated testing, security scanning, and orchestration using GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, and OctopusDeploy.
