Job summary

A4 Plus Limited is seeking an experienced Design Engineer proficient in SolidWorks to provide CAD and engineering support for a Norwich customer on a full-time, on-site basis. The contract is approximately 3 months, with local applicants only.

The candidate will work with a team to design, fabricate and install metal products, including balconies, balustrades and stairways, with rates varying by experience. Contact james for details.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD design and engineering support.
• Experience in metal fabrication or related engineering environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD and engineering support using SolidWorks for the Norwich-based customer.
• Support on-site design activities and fabrication processes.
• Create manufacturing drawings and BOMs as required.

Job description

We are looking for support from an experienced Design Engineer who is proficient in SolidWorks who is able to provide CAD and Engineering support to a customer in Norwich.

This contract is for around 3 months (maybe longer), full time and is on-site. We are therefore looking for local applicants only. (No remote working will be considered).

Our customer designs, manufactures and installs a wide range of metal fabricated products in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. (Including Balconies, Balustrades, Structural Glazing, Staircases, Walkways, Gates and Railings)

We welcome applications from PAYE and Limited company applicants. Rates vary dependent on experience.
