About the roleAs part of a proactive and forward-thinking local authority team, you will lead the management and delivery of our water hygiene programme and associated remedial works. You will also assist the Compliance Manager with communal gas safety compliance across our housing portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing contractor performance, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across a range of compliance disciplines, your primary focus will be to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our water systems, helping to protect residents and maintain high standards across our homes and communities.
