Job summary

Tigermed is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to oversee site management, initiation visits and ongoing monitoring across selected sites in the UK. The role focuses on ensuring protocol adherence, staff training, and timely safety reporting in line with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.

You will coordinate site selection, oversee documentation, and manage budgets and study materials while ensuring regulatory submissions and trial master files are up to date throughout the study

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major.
• At least 8 year of CRA experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operation processes/procedures.
• Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

• Site management including selection, initiation (SIV) and monitoring.
• Prepare and conduct SIV to train relevant site staff on protocol and regulations.
• Ensure safety reporting and SAE timelines in compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP.
• Coordinate study materials, budget, and study master files across sites.
• Provide ongoing training to site staff on protocol and GCP requirements.

Education

Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major
