As a Contract Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role within our wider division by managing and scheduling assessments for service users. This involves close coordination with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external professionals across our mental health and neurodiversity service lines.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position, where your focus will be on meeting key operational performance indicators in line with our service agreements. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will be essential to delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve.

Our mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

Every day you will…

  • Coordinate reviews and/or assessments, as well as multi-disciplinary team meetings to set KPIs and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the department, liaising with our clinical teams, ICBs, educational settings, as well as service users and their families.
  • Share updates and acting as the link between services and service users.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery.
