A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Contract Conveyancer to manage a personal caseload of technical conveyancing files. You will ensure effective communication with clients and handle projects independently. The ideal candidate must have previous conveyancing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The role requires office attendance, offering a competitive day rate and opportunities for professional growth.

We, TLT, are looking to speak to Contract Conveyancers to join or our team in Bristol. You will join either our Mortgage Enforcement or Lender Sales team and you will be responsible for your own case load of conveyancing files.
This opportunity is being paid on a day rate via an Umbrella company. We are looking to speak to individuals in a commutable distance to our Bristol offices as office attendance is required.
