About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join a renowned, award-winning agency on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be embedded on a major FMCG brand, bringing its social presence to life with thumb-stopping content, engaging campaigns, and day-to-day channel management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a social-first thinker who's equally confident behind the camera and behind a content calendar. You'll work alongside strategists, designers, and client services teams to execute bold ideas and ensure always-on excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) for a leading FMCG brand.

Create original, platform-native content - from concept to shoot to edit - aligned with brand tone and campaign strategy.

Lead on scheduling, posting, and community management to grow engagement and reach.

Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to deliver integrated content campaigns.

Stay on top of trends, competitor activity, and platform updates, injecting cultural relevance into all outputs.

Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on data and insights.

About You:

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, ideally in FMCG or agency-side.

Strong content creation skills - filming, editing (Reels/TikToks), copywriting, and visual storytelling.

Confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar.

Excellent understanding of social media best practices across key platforms.

Able to juggle priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keep up with fast-paced brand environments.

A proactive, positive attitude with a hands-on approach to making things happen.
