Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting Contract Consultants in Chapeltown, Sheffield to support a large-scale UK recruitment drive during peak period. No prior recruitment experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided, offering a valuable entry into recruitment and customer service.

You will be the first contact for candidates, assist with end-to-end processes, use sourcing techniques, and keep records up to date while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.

• Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.

Contract Consultant

Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield

Contract Type: Temporary (up to 4 months)

Salary: £26,665 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some evening and weekend work will be required)

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience within recruitment and customer service.
